Does anyone know of any builders in the Kennesaw and Dallas, GA area that have a trade-in program?
If so, where is a good source online to educate myself on the specifics?

FIRST ANSWER
Nick,
I heard at one point that Traton Homes was doing something but I am not 100% sure. You could at least try them. They have a subdivision in Dallas called Rosewood Park off 92 on the Acworth line.
