Does anyone know of a Rent-to-Own/Lease-Purchase property in Apache Junction? We would make a good deal for the seller as we are desperate!
I have been desperately searching for lease to purchase homes in Apache Junction but can't seem to find a mailing list or ads for anything. My husband and I have gone through a short sale and we need to move out in a month. He has a VA home loan he qualifies for but because of the short sale it has damaged our credit so we need a year or two to fix that. In the meantime we'd LOVE to buy one of the homes we've seen in AJ for under $80,000. We would make a good deal with the seller. We have pets and need a backyard. I really want as close to an acre as possible and to have a good (and close if possible) view of Superstition. Asking a lot, huh? But if you don't ask, you won't receive. Does anyone know of anything or anyone to help us? (I'm praying for God to open a door soon)

Have you looked into hiring a realtor to help you find one? You can search locally for an agent via the find a pro feature here on trulia.
I strongly suggest it as you have some specific requirements and a realtor will be able to maybe negioate a listing for sale into a lease option for you.
