Does anyone know much about the Weatherstone Condos/Townhouses in Knoxville? They seem overpriced to me for

They seem awfully expensive for what they are and I'm noticing several re-sales already. What's the scoop?

Hi Rich, 36 have closed, 10 are on the market of which 2 are resale. The others are owner/agent. The current pricing is in line with what's sold. They are beautiful homes. If you come to town & want to see them let me know.
