Chris,
If you don't mind my asking, where do you live? Do you have any friends or relatives that live in Brick? This may be a starting point for you, because you will get candid answers. The other way to get a "feel" for a neighborhood is to spend some time doing the things you enjoy doing -- go shopping, visit an open house on a weekend, stop in at a school play, read the local weekly paper, go to a church service, or check out the "night life". I know this may not be a conventional answer, but investing this kind of time may give you valuable, first hand information. If you would like to see some homes here or elsewhere, just let me know.
Sincerely,
Phil DeFusco

Chris,
Unfortunately, to directly answer your question would be a violation of REC rules.
You might also want to consider Burnt Tavern Manor or Twin Lakes (essentially the same community with year built differing by approx 10 years), which are in the same price range. BTM are condos (1 level) and TL are townhomes (which in my view are selling at a price which could potentially provide apprication in a future market). Both of these have comparable maintenance fees and taxes.
Keep in mind that Brick was dubbed the safest town in the country a few years ago.
Love and Peace,

Chris:
Millbrook Manor is located off of Route 88 in Brick. I took a look at some things that have recently closed and I am also familiar with the area. It is a nice area. I would be happy to show you the area and some listings in that area. I hope this helps.

Hi Chris, Call the local police and ask about any incidences in the area. Take some time yourself and visit the area at different times of day, different days of the week to survey the scene. And don't forget to include a weekend evening/night - when the locals relax and "let their hair down"-- usually a good time to gauge the situation.
Good luck to you!
