Does anyone know anything about the special assessments going on in the Edgehill Condos in Edgewater? We were
interested in a unit there, but got scared away with all the assessments. Is it worth buying into, if we get at a good price?

FIRST ANSWER
What were the assessments for? How old are the condos? Are they conversions? With Condos you need to know the ratio of foreclosures too.....this can drive up the monthly fees. Send me the physical address and I will research it for you. Joyce@JoyceBryan.com
