50 gallons of gas a pyro named "Torch" might be the best route for the place. I wouldn't expect anything to happen anytime soon....but then again we've seen common sense take a back seat again and again.

Good point, Stacey.

The best thing that could happen to Sobu Flats is a complete re-boot, but who's got the money to speculate on that?

The agent doing that assemblage attempt must have a lot of free time.

Mike,

It is my understanding that the building has been "assembled" by a Real Estate Agent with the intent to market and sell to a real estate developer who would knock it down to make way for new commercial development. Considering the current market conditions and the fact that Avenues Project in Buckhead has really slowed down, I would be surprised if a developer was able to obtain financing and move forward with this Project.
