Help the community by answering this question:

Rhondda is very conveniently located and offers a good variety of affordable properties. There have been some short sales there, but because the community is not brand new, there are also many long-term residents. My office is located very close to Rhondda so we see quite a few buyers and sellers for the community. I have never heard any complaints about it. In fact, for some they are looking specifically in that community because of the convenient location and available inventory.

I would be happy to take you on a tour of the available homes if you have an interest. Chester County is a wonderful place to live an work and Rhondda has a nice central location for everything the community has to offer. Feel free to give me a call if you have an interest.

There are currently 7 properties for sale in Rhondda community ranging from $189,000 to $229,900. It looks like association fees are about $52 a month for most homes that are currently for sale. As others mentioned location and the schools make this a great place to buy.

Hello Jessica

Not sure if you are still considering buying in Rhondda - but there are 6 homes for sale in the 189k-229k price range. It is a popular neighborhood - and is often considered great for investment properties because of its excellent location, low taxes and great schools. If you are still looking, consider also the nearby Liongate community - which has many listings, including one of my own which is a fabulous end unit - a must see! Information on some Downingtown neighborhoods

I have just begun writing about these neighborhoods and will be adding on more from time to time - so be sure to "follow" the blog for that information and more.....

Hello Jessica,
Are you looking to BUY or RENT? Is there a particular reason that you are considering Rhondda - home prices, location, family etc?
If you have already looked at homes in Rhondda then you are familiar with the community's layout. There are a variety of home styles and some homes have basements. It's a great location in close proximity to major highways and shopping. The Downingtown School District is highly rated. The taxes and HOA are considered reasonable.
If you are looking for an HOA that includes more maintenance and amenities such as clubhouse and pool then there are other communities you may wish to consider - of course the HOA fees will be higher
If you need anymore information or assistance whether buying or renting, I am here to help.

Hi Jessica,

There are currently 9 townhouses in Rhondda for sale. The prices range from $199,900 to $147,900. Most of them don't have basements, but the more expensive ones do. I have a friend who lives there and likes it very much. You're required to mow your own grass, which makes the association fee very low compared to other places. I'm a realtor if you'd like to see them or have any other questions.
