Does anyone know about the Mirabella Village Development? Is it a nice area?
I am looking at homes in the Area, does anyone know what kind of neighborrhood this is. Is it a nice place to live?

Nice area...actually in Grand Prairie. Resales have been a little tough here. If I remember right KB was the builder and lots of people used some very creative financing there which makes resales tough and could lead to many foreclosures in the next year or two. We already see some in the neighborhood. My suggestion is to focus on the foreclosures there so that you can get a really good price going in. Buying one of the "pretty" ones could cost you money later depending on how long you expect to stay. Always use a realtor to buy, it's typically a free service to buyers. We'll save you time and money.
