Does anyone know about how to get an Equity Line of credit for investment properties?

Asked by Jack V. Ospina, Miami, FL Wed Sep 11, 2013

Hi. I own a few 1 bedroom apartments free and clear and just wanted some information if any mortgage brokers still offer Equity Lines of credit for investment properties. I called a few banks but they only offer Equity Lines of credit for primary homes.

You should definitely try HSBC, I know that they do refinance investment properties, that may be another option if you are unable to obtain the line of credit.
