This property is located in the beautiful town of Atlantic Highlands. Its in the heart of town and was a great local spot. From a bussness point of view it has ferry trafic and is part of a great down town. Gabriel,
The location you mentioned is a wonderful old building, renovated a few years ago when Bobo's was created. It has about 6000 s.f. with multiple levels and is located on a corner of the main commercial strip within walking distance to the NYC ferry. It's last renovation restored much of the original character of the building with beautiful arched windows and brickwork. It's currently available for purchase. The real estate and business is for sale with an asking price of $2.795 million (original asking price $3.1 million). If you have any specific questions I'd be happy to help you with it. It really is a beautiful building in a great location.
