The location you mentioned is a wonderful old building, renovated a few years ago when Bobo's was created. It has about 6000 s.f. with multiple levels and is located on a corner of the main commercial strip within walking distance to the NYC ferry. It's last renovation restored much of the original character of the building with beautiful arched windows and brickwork. It's currently available for purchase.
