Does anyone have experience in filing suits against Bank of America or any other large banks over a residential lending issue? Who do I serve?

Asked by Cameron Wu, Los Angeles County, CA Sun Jun 17, 2012

Hello - looking to name BoA in a small claims complaint in a short sale gone bad. I'm the Buyer, they're the lender to the seller. Does anyone know which department I specifically serve? Not looking for legal advice - just if anyone has experience in doing so. Thanks in advance!

Buyer in a short sale is really at the mercy of the bank. What proof, in writing, that BofA harmed you. Did you lose money

Move on to another home. Short sales go bad all the time. Don't waste money on lawyers or courts. Just find another home.
