It looks like this property was leased for $4500 per month starting on June 6, 2014. I found it in the MLS. If you are looking to rent a home in Park Estates or nearby, please feel free to give me a call and I'd be glad to assist.

All the best,

Hello Anestv, beware of a lot of rental scams on all avenues. It is showing as an active rental for $3,925 a month rent. Usually the scammers list rentals at a very low unbelievable rent amount so flag any of these types of rental listings you find. If you figure out what cities/zip codes your considering, minimum number of bedrooms and the maximum payment your looking to achieve and you can be set up to receive automatic daily emails to fit your search criteria.

I noticed your inquiring about a rental in Long Beach in the Home Buying in Los Altos section so you should study RENT vs BUY options as you may qualify to buy with minimum out of pocket expenses and pay less than rent in many cities.

The rentals in Long Beach 90805 zip code start from $1,795 for 2bd 1ba single family home and $1,925 for 4bd 2ba single family home. The purchase start from 126k for 1bd 1ba condo, 155k for 2bd 2ba condo and the single family homes start from 250k for 2bd 2ba home.

You may qualify FHA from a minimum 580 fico score and 3.5% down or even as low as .5% half percent down payment program. It only takes a few dozen questions to qualify, go over your options and email you listings to study and compare. Here are some blogs to read such as RENT vs BUY, Which loan is right for me, Down payment and closing costs hurdles and Pre-approval in minutes.
