I'm assuming your looking in Cedarburg, wi? Are you still looking? I'm in the process of relocating and have a smaller 3br 2bath house, 2 car garage/workshop, finsihed basement with home office. Just 2 blocks north of Westlawn school. I would really like to keep it and am considering renting it out.

I am not sure how to modify my question so I am adding to it. We need at least 3 bedrooms and preferably an office or a clean dry basement for an office.
We would like something that is not on a busy street and has at least some lawn for our two small children.
