Does anybody know how much it will cost to install natural gas and heat to an older house?

I am interested in one property that has oil heating and no air conditioner, so we are thinking about of doing this...Thanks in advance!!!

That would depend on what duct work is installed already and whether it is a forced hot air system. Make sure with CL&P if you can get gas to the street otherwise you will need a propane tank to store the gas. Hope this helps.

Have a contractor give you an estimate. There are too many variables to take a guess at it. There are also conversion grants and programs that might help.
