W.c. Varones, you're blog is incorrect. Let me clearify that there are ONLY FIVE below market rate homes at 555YVR, which was a requirement by the city of Walnut Creek of developments such as this. Pricing on all other units range from mid- $300,000 to mid-$700,000. For a future reference on Walnut Creek's and 555YVR's BMR program, please view the link below.

Even better! It's now low-income housing priced in the mid-$100,000s.

I just found out that they are pricing these between the low $400,000's to low $700,000's. The HOA is $275.-$375. Square footage ranges between 750-1300. GREAT LOCATION!!!!

My office is adjacent to that project, so we've seen it go from the teardown of the previous building through the current nearly finished stage. It's my understanding they will be finished early next year. A pure guess says the smallest units will start at $500,000
