Every listing that has previously been on the MLS can be accessed by a real estate agent or the public in the future. The listing could have been cancelled, expired, temporarily off the market, or terminated. If it was not sold but listed; the agen has access to the list of houses that came off the market for whatever reason or expired. I am sure that your question is answered but if you need more clarity; plesae do not hesitate to ask.
