Does Washington State have a tax web site that list a homes taxes and current assesed values?
Looking at Gig Harbor, need to find out the local tax rates and assesed home values, Maryland has them both on one site for the entire State. Also the "best" areas for middle schools.

Each county has it's own website. The Pierce County Tax Assessor's site is: http://www.co.pierce.wa.us/cfapps/atr/ePIP/search.cfm. Gig Harbor is in the Peninsula School District and is renowned for its schools. Check out the ratings at greatschools.com. If I can be of any further help, please feel free to contact me.
