I find it easiest to just call the 800 number and order your water service. It's easy and fast, and sometimes faster than doing it on-line. Tucson City Water 1-800-598-9449 . This way you can talk with someone in person, and get their name if you need to refer to them in the future for any problems or delays.

I don't believe that you can order online yet. However, this is a very informative website and you can certainly pay future bills online. I have included it below. The City Water Dept also offers what I call "water audits' to determine it you have any leaks and provide suggestions for home water conservation.
Hope this helps Sun Apr 20 2008, 18:20 Web Reference: http://www.ci.tucson.az.us/water/customer_svcs.htm
