Yes there is an HOA, here is the link to their website: http://www.ravennaeast.com.
Would you like a little help from a professional realtor?

Hi Jason,
I've sold in here before. It is a lovely sub-division with some outstanding prices, desirable schools, updated homes etc.
The fees cover the grounds amd it is a community well system.
I'd be happy to show you some homes and explain more to you about the area.
Feel free to call. write or text anytime.
Thanks.

Jason

The $375/qtr covers common ground issues (insurance, snow, upkeep). HOA is currently run by Meritus homes, which is the developer. At a certain point the HOA would either be run by the homeowners or turned over to professional management. If you are using an agent, they can address specific covenant information for you.
