Does Daly City have a first time homebuyer program. Also, is it offering mortgage credit certificate?

Hi, here's some info from Daly City's City website:

"The City does not have a down payment or financing assistance program to help first time homebuyers purchase a house, however there are a wide range of local, County, State and other programs presently available to interested first time homebuyers in San Mateo County. "
