Home Buyer, Philadelphia, PA
Yes, I believe so, but time will tell for sure. The location is conveniently situated between Penn and Rittenhouse Square. There are relatively few condos that have been refurbished/converted in that area. Penn is the largest private employer in Philly. In addition with the "Penn Connects" program billions will be directly invested into the Locust Point area, it is hard to imagine there will not be strong demand for renters. Locust on the Park, directly next store, seems to have very few vacancies. I do not think finding a tennant will be difficult, but I am not sure what monthly income you can expect to receive. Do you have any idea?
I am curious to know if the sales office will negotiate with you on price at Locust Point?
