The problem with VA loans:
they have to be move in ready
Seller has to be willing to pay closing costs
That elimates most of the housing on the market, such as short sales and REO's.
New Builder Homes, Standard sales and Standard Sale Flips are a good option for you.
Please give me a call for a list of homes. 909 886 2543

VA has no minimum FICO requirement. Some lenders, however, impose their own "overlays" that require a minimum FICO score.
Please contact me. We have lenders that we work with every day who can get you qualified. It pays to "shop" lenders -- what one lender will do, is not necessarily what another lender will do.
We work with buyers, and enable them to find homes. That's what we do! I'll look forward to talking with you about how we can help.
