Do you promote a vacation home in eastern NC as we think the market for our river house is more Raleigh area for a weekend retreat?

House is appraised at $350 thousand: 4 beds, 4 bath, huge windows on river side, landscaped, etc. Great boating (dock), fishing, and sitting on porches and decks. Is 30 minutes from ocean at Emerald Isle. Quiet, nature. Thought we might start by promoting as such and listing in Raleigh?

Yes, Triangle MLS listings have an advantage of expanding your marketing opportunities. But as with most listings, the Agent is the powerful connection to getting under contract.
