The average price for a real nice home on park ave is going to be in the million dollar range either way. You need to contact a goof broker and go over your criteria so you can filter homes before going out and viewing them. No one needs to spin their wheels. I wold love to assist you in the proper manner. Give me a ring and we will talk.

Many NYC real estate agents maintain average price listings - you can check those out. Also, you can find the price of what people paid for their apartments on ACRIS.

Hi Cara!
The prices in Park Avenue UES are various depending of a size, service level, if is condo or coop. There are apartments listed in Park avenue from $440000 for a studio to $3000000 and up for a 3 bedroom. The best think to do is to find a buyer agent and work with him. There is no cost for you and you will have all the listings on the market available now in Park Avenue.
Best regards.

Consider working with an agent of your own who can provide any necessary information; keep in mind that prices do vary based on exact location, size, amenities, etc.
