Hi David,
There are no shared interested property's on the market right now. There was one that was on the market for most of 2008. The owners were selling 1/3 interest for $450,000. I would be more than happy to give them a call and see if they are still interested. David, I found it. It is not actively on the market at this time but if you are interested I'd be happy to investigate if the option is still open. The listing expired during the 3rd quarter of '08 and they haven't relisted as of yet. The option was for 1/3 or 1/4 interest in the property. Let me know if you would like to discuss this.
