Do you know of any rent-to-own single family or duplexes for sale in Shorewood WI, with at least 4 bedrooms?
We are relocating to Shorewood WI from NC. We need to find a rent-to-own property either single family or duplex with at least 4 bedrooms (duplex can be 2 up 2 down) We would prefer a duplex so we can convert it into single family for the additional sq. footage. We cannot buy immediately because we have a house to sell in NC, which is why rent-to-own is appealing. This is a job move so we are moving before our home sells.
As Melissa stated in her post, the current market conditions will allow you entertain a rent-to-own contract on many of the duplexes currently listed in Shorewood. I would suggest working with a local Buyer Agent (yes, I do that) in order to find the right duplex and frame the offering to the seller. Good luck. You won't be disappointed with Shorewood, it's a great place to live.
With our current duplex market it may work that many of the duplex owners that are trying to sell right now would entertain a rent to own contract. I think your best bet would be to work with an agent here that would be willing to do some leg work for you. Make some phone calls and see what they can find out. Let me know if I can help.
