No one can render an opinion till your buyer's rep agreement is reviewed. Most buyers agents are paid by seller at closing not buyer however there are many unknowns

Hey Hollywood,
Pretty similiar to your other question. After closing the transaction is over. That's what CLOSING means. If it's not on the HUD statement, then don't pay anything to anybody!
Regards, Mark
If I understand your question correctly, the fee for professional services is generally paid by the seller at closing.
Not that I am aware of....could it be a re-imbursement?
....though this should be on a settlement sheet.
Call the broker as this is not the norm......and let us know what the fee is for if u get a chance...curious.
Realtors are paid from the seller's commission. There should be no reason why a Realtor would ask for a fee outside of that commission, especially after closing.
If someone is telling you that, check to make sure they have a valid license, number one.. secondly, call their broker, and tell them what is going on.
NO! what is the reason for this fee
