Do most banks require that you put a doublewide on a foundation when your looking to buy a new one?

I work out of Wheeling but visit Morgantown regularly. Most of the time you finance mobile/manufactured homes through the manufacturer or their finance company and each company will have different requirements. If you are talking about trying to get a mortgage loan from a conventional bank (which is somewhat difficult when dealing with mobile/manufactured homes) then yes they will require you to "install" the home on a foundation.
Do you have 20% to put down? Do you already have the land?
