Do lenders offer the Physician Loan for Oregon home purchases (100%, no PMI).?

BofA stopped offering this loan and the other well known banks are notin the State. Any thoughts or ideas? I already have a house in mind and am negotiating with the bank (REO). We have great credit and a solid career in medicine. Thank you!

To the best of my knowledge, the Physician Loan is a Bank of America portfolio product. What that means is, only Bank of America offered a 100% financing program for doctors, and they kept and services the loan themselves. If BofA stopped offering the product, then the 100$ Physician Loan is no longer available. You will have to look for other loan products that will best meet your needs.
