Trustmark National Bank offers a Doctor Loan for new Physicians. It is designed for residents and physcians new to the area for purchase of primary residence. The property must be in Trustmark's foot print for the loan officer. In my case that would be Houston, TX and surrounding areas.

-Zero Down
-No PMI
-Loan amounts up to $650,000
-Competitive rates
-In house processing and Underwriting
-Deferred student loans excluded from debt ratio
-Employment contract acceptable to close
-Quick Closings

I can be reached at 713-827-4230 office or 281-467-8257 cell; or Nhurt@trustmark.com

I offer the "Doctor Loan" mortgage program. 100% primary residence financing without monthly PMI. I have 12 years or mortgage lending experience and have closed over 1,000 mortgages in my career. We do not charge you a 1% origination fee like competitors so we have much lower closing costs. I have helped several Doctors purchase their home with this rare loan program. No prepayment penalty and our rates are excellent as well.

I can fund this loan program in the following states:
Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Texas

Denise,

As far as I know YES. Every bank may not do it and I think you must provide some documentation like the offer letter, expected salary, etc.

I spoke to a bank loan officer a few weeks ago concerning this question. He told me that doctor loans do still exist. However, you must provide W-2's now. . . and be able to qualify for the loans. The no-doc loans do not exist anymore.
