Do Lake Havau City home buyers prefer to buy a home in the Fall/Winter vs. Spring/Summer?
As the weather cools off now is a perfect time to shop for a home in Lake Havasu. Generally the Fall is a popular time to buy but summer was quite busy so I am curious to what people think will happen this Fall/Winter with so many great buys still on the market and prices so affordable that they cant pass them up!
