Absolutely! The first step is finding a Realtor with a strong track record of working with buyers.

You don't really "need" per say a buyer's broker. But if the seller has a broker that he/she is paying 6% commission to protect the seller's best interest (that doesn't include you, the buyer), then why not get a buyer's broker that you are paying 0% commission?? Buyer's agents and brokers make money from the seller. So why not get a professional to represent you.

If the seller has a broker to protect his/her best interest (in getting the highest sale price and the best terms for the seller), and you don't have a buyer's broker/agent, well then, that would be like a wife divorcing her husband and she has a lawyer and you don't.

Guess who's keeping the kids and the assets? (hint: the one with representation)

How many real estate transaction have you been involved in? This is NOT a game, and one mistake could cause you a lifetime of misery. Best to get high quality represention when 1000's of youer dollars are on the line.

You do not need one. But if I was to profile you, you are most likely someone who can perform open heart surgery on themselves.

All humor aside, the broker's commission is paid for by the seller. We are experts in real estate. The real question is why wouldn't you want us to be on your side helping you purchase the most expensive thing in your life...

NOT having a buyers broker is like going to court and using the same lawyer as the guy suing you.... The commission is either going to go 100% to the listing agent or be split 50/50 with listing and buyers agents. WHY not have your own representation and you pay $ 0 for it and often will save massive amounts of money and stress because you had your own representation.
Call me anytime. I can easily assure a level of service that is unparalleled.

Of course ... retain the services of someone with $250 million+ of successfully transacted real estate and who is a world-class negotiator and you will see the importance of a qualified buyer's broker ...

Do you have the necessary negotiating experience in buying real estate to get a discount off the listing price. Good buyers agents can save you $1,000's.
