Did you buy a short sale?
We are interested in a home that is a short sale. I'm looking for a buyer that has bought a short sale home to tell me about your experience.
How long did you have to wait for the bank to accept your offer? Were you able to offer a much lower amount than asking price? Was it worth all of the waiting a paperwork that is supposedly involved in a short sale?
