Hi Guest, Jeannie Feenick here - Toll Brothers built a good product but as Don mentions "The Hills" is a vast place, no doubt you have discovered that by now in your travels. The, or one of the, largest Planned Unit Developments in the country - with both a Basking Ridge side and a Bedminster side. Beautifully-tended, very popular, and loaded with amenities - community/neighborhood pools and clubhouses to grocery stores, banks, restaurants (including my favorite Chinese restaurant) People who love The Hills tend to move within it, condo to townhome to home.
