Dear Trulia, How come some mls houses are only listed with certain real estate brokers.
I thought mls meant they would be listed in all places. I've been trying to find info on mls# 06-4459 and 07-6594 in Milford Pa.

MLS stands for Multiple Listing Service. Each Realtor Association has its own MLS. There is not a single MLS for a state or the country. In order to find information on a property in the Milford, PA area I would do some searching (google) for Realtors in Milford, PA - I am sure you will find at least one site that allows you to search that areas MLS with no strings attached.

I am not following what you mean but based on the MlS numbers that you have given these properties are listed with a different Multiple Listing Company than the Philadelphia area. They may not be associated with Trulia. All MLS systems are available to certain areas only. For instance the Philadelphia MLS "TREND" covers most of Delaware, and areas around Philadelphia. It doesn't reach to say the Poconos or cover New Jersey or Maryland . I hope this answers your question.
