Availability of homes in this neighborhood ebbs and flows. As the previous post noted, some are due to job transfers, there are also some personal issues causing people to move. Only one that I know of is due to financial issues. But no dark secrets like power lines or anything affecting the beauty and peacefulness. There was a very slight increase in dues, but the common areas and pool are wonderfully maintained, and so there is an immediate return (versus paying dues for waterflow issues or something you can't enjoy).

There are a few homes actively listed in Horizon Farms, unfortunately some are due to the economy. In addition, this is an executive type of neighborhood where there can be more turnover of homes due to job transfers.
