Your Realtor can pull up all the lease properties that are being offered which the owner is willing to do Section 8. The rent may or may not meet FMR guidelines and the property itself may or may not meet the inspection standards.
In addition to this resource, the Housing Authority maintains a list of owner who have listed their property as available to Section 8 tenants, but the same inspection and rent comments apply here, too. You can find a copy of the list with your counsellor when you visit the Housing Authority. They do not publish the list or make it available to anyone but Section 8 clients. So, we can't pass one along to you.

I'd also check on Craig's list under propties for rent. Some of them state that they will take section 8 tenants.

Hi Gween:

I don't think so, ,and I am not sure if any MLS listing will have separate report about Section 8 housing also. Like the others said, you might want to call Housing Authority, or check on Craigslitm, or call agents and/or property management companies and see if a specific house accepts Section 8..

I think the best place to look is with your housing authority. They will typically keep a list of landlords/homes that are familiar with and willing to accept a voucher.
