Hi Amy,

I have 5 homes for sale in Creekside At Preston right now. As far as new construction in Frisco, it really is the best value out there. The tax rate is low at 2.14, the schools are excellent, new elementary and high school. I have sold another 8 in the last few months in there to some very nice families.

Let me know if you want to see any of the homes.

Amy,

Unfortunately our code of ethics does not allow us to predict future values.
There are just so many variables...for example how long do you plan to live in the home?
1 year may not be a good investment historically......10 years....maybe a different story.

Get a great realtor to help you get a good price, a good loan, and buy right along the way.

Amy, any home is a great investment if you buy it "right". Utilizing a real estate professional (REALTOR) like myself will help you in so many ways that may not be evident on the surface. We research the market to see what other similar homes in the area have sold for-benefit to you-the offer that you choose to make will lessen the likelhood that you will over pay! We know the local marlet and advise you of "great deals", declining communities, what legal and homeowner pitfalls may come with a property you may be considering. In addition, we "know the landscape" of what title charges are normal, lender charges that are normal. If you have interest in exploring your questions about an area, you may contact me on my mobile.
