I live right by this house. you probably saw the details on the listing so I'm not sure what you are looking for. I'll tell you what I would want to know and if we are on the same page then give me a call and I can pop by over there if you need more pics. The HOA is $240 annually. The last tax bill was $2421. City water and sewer. Concrete block construction. Was listing on 4-14-2012. Nice little community. It would take no longer than 15 minutes to get to the beach. the best way is to go down davis to the east trail then turn and drive strait to the beach and 5th ave. Do you want to see it?
