Hi everyone, I have a contract with a sponsor/developer. He is selling the unit to me after finishing the remodeling job of that unit as per the specs that were included in the contract. the specs are very detailed and specifics. I even included SKU #s. When the market was scary, I was able to get a good deal a few months ago on this deal, now that the market is a little better, the seller wants out of the contract and he said he is not following the specs in the construction.
I still want the deal and I wonder if enforcing the sale and the remodeling as per the specs in the contract is a fight that I should get into.
does anyone have an experience with similar situations? Is it possible to ensure the items in the specs are followed?
