Condos in downtown St Pete
I am getting a new job in St Petersburg and have thought about living downtown in a condo- Does anyone know about downtown condos and especially 1010 Central Ave? The prices seem to be falling . Is it the case of overbuilding or safety issues living downtown?

I agree with Fred, we have way to many condos downtown. They look nice but are empty.
