Condos, Townhouses, and pets

I have 4 cats, 3 of whom were rescued and traumatized so I won't part with them. Will a condo or townhouse development accept that many? If not, I guess we are looking at a single family home. It's just this will be our last house, the one we grow old in, and I dread self-maintenance.

Ange,

It really depends on the complex. Most are ok with cats. Some complexes have restrictions on the number of "total pets".

You can always hire someone to do the exterior maintenance for what you would pay in HOA fees.
