Hello, I am planning ot buy a house in Frisco TX but do not want to venture into a community that has a lot of foreclosures. Could anyone please help me understand where all the Frisco foreclosures are rampant? Are there any websites where I could access this information? Thanks. It will be a big help.
Frisco is a great area, however we can predict when families will have loss of their home.

Hello Joy,
There isn't any one subdision with the most foreclosures vs others. Not anymore. Panther Creek was hit really bad 18 months ago but that was because one builder sold 15+ homes to an investor from California who thought he could buy a home for 200K in Texas and lease it for 4K.
He obviously didn't have a buyer's agent to tell him that he was nuts.
Of course, all the homes were empty forever and got foreclosed. They are all sold now and have homeowners in them.
I work extensively in Frisco and will be happy to help you find a home.
