AVENUE. SELLER HAS ACTED DISHONESTLY AND NOT IN GOOD FAITH. On two occassions within a week, SELLER'S COUNTEROFFER WAS ACCEPTED AND 3 TIMES SELLER CHANGED MIND AND RAISED PRICE (370k, 375k, AND 380K). HIS BROKERS AT WILLIAM PITT SOTHEBY IN RIDGEFIELD ACTED UNPROFESSIONALLY AND DISCOURTEOUSLY IN ALL DEALINGS.

I strongly advise buyers to avoid this seller and his two brokers.
