Co-op Building Research
I am looking to make an offer on a co-op but before I do so, I would like to do more research on the co-opdevelopment. HHow can I find out more about the building's financial stability, and age group of those who live there?

FIRST ANSWER
Your agent can get you the financial information you need. Age is a protected category and may not be considered in real estate transactions unless the property is designated as a retirement community.
