Closing cost or Buyer Rebate?

Asked by cmn1967, Cape Coral, FL Sat Apr 20, 2013

Can a seller still pay funds towards the buyers closing cost? Also how does the Buyers agent rebate funds back for closing? Sorry about all the questions , new to all of this!

Seller can pay closing costs up to a limit based on the loan type. Buyers agent refunds, although I don't do this, just gives a buyer some of the commission the agent was going to make. As long as it is fully disclosed they can give away what they earned.
