Although I've not personally been involved in an arbitration regarding a sales transaction, I have worked with plenty of arbitrators in my job as a homeowners association manager. When I do need an arbitrator, I contact the AAA or American Arbitration Association. There should be a branch in your state. Tell them the nature of your legal situation, and they can provide you with the names of qualified arbitrators in your area that know the law and can assist you in working out your problem.
