Hello Joyce,

If the community is 55 or older in most cases at least one occupant has to be 55 or older.

If your daughter has a spouse who is 55 or older in these cases she will be ok.

Some communities are more strict and NO one under 55 may reside.

Best to check the rules of your community before you do anything.

Best of luck to you!!!

Check with the your community office to make sure. They all have different rules.

Only if she is sharing the dwelling with a person who is 55+ according to most rules in regs governing 55+ communities.
