Can you recommend an area with mid-rise condos. We like the Carlsbad area.
Looking to spend under $400k for 1 or 2 bdrm in great area. Thanks in advance.

Not sure if you are still looking for a condo in north county, but for under $400,000, 3 stories is as high as you will get. Do you like to be on the top floor? There are High Rise Towers in Oceanside at the Harbor called Marina Towers, but I don't think there will be anything in the $400,000 price range. Right now, if you look you can find nice condos and maybe some homes too- throughout San Diego and Riverside Counties

Carlsbad doesn't really have midrise condos that go above 3 floors. If being on the 3rd floor is OK, then there are a lot to choose from with everything from lagoon views (Marina Drive) to golf course views (La Costa). You can browse the condo inventory with the link below.
