You need to have funds in a U.S. bank for a number of months (2-4) then you can use it to buy. I recommend you speak with your bank in Canada so the money can be transferred to their branch in the U.S.A. You also need a Visa to purchase here, but I'm sure you have that. IF you are paying all cash it's not so complicated, for a loan to a non-citizen it's a bit more complicated but it can be done.
